Your accountant confirms the invitation and the day closes. At the time you chose, the summary goes to everyone on the list: an email to you, an email with expenses and the till to your accountant, a notification to your team.

The email arrives at the time you chose, with yesterday's takings in the subject line. You know how the day went before you even open it.

Takings are compared with the same day last week and with the day before. Payments, best sellers and how the day was closed sit together, and the figures match the End of Day report on your POS.

Three summaries, three rhythms
The daily summary covers yesterday, the weekly one the last 7 days and the monthly one last month. You set a time for each, and a day for the weekly one.
The same figures as your screens
The daily summary comes from the End of Day report on your POS, the weekly and monthly ones from the business report. The email never disagrees with the screen.
A fair comparison
Yesterday's takings are compared with the same day last week and with the day before, so a Friday is measured against a Friday.
Expenses and the till for your accountant
For every address you add, you choose whether expenses, the net result and the till go too. A partner can get the sales alone.
Confirmation first, figures later
An address you add is sent a confirmation email first, and no figure goes out until it confirms. Whoever receives it can stop at any time.
Notifications for your team
Staff allowed to view reports add themselves from Cibusy Crew and get the summary as a notification. Staff who lose that permission are sent nothing.

Choose the time
Open Automatic reports from the Reports screen and pick when the daily, weekly and monthly summaries go out. The default is 09:00 every morning.
Add the recipients
Switch on "Send it to me too", add your accountant's address and include expenses and the till for them. Your team adds themselves from Cibusy Crew.
Preview it
"Send to me now" sends the latest summary to you alone, so you see what the list will get. From then on it runs by itself every morning.
At the time you choose, on any quarter hour (08:30, 08:45 and so on). The daily summary goes out every day, the weekly one on the day you pick and the monthly one on the 1st of every month. If you pick a time before your business day rolls over, the report waits for the day to end and goes out a few minutes after the rollover.
Takings and how they compare with the period before, the order count, the average bill, tips, payment methods, sales channels, best sellers, discounts and cancellations. The daily summary also says whether the day has been closed. Expenses, the net result and the till go only to the recipients you allow.
Add their address as a recipient. A confirmation email goes to the address first, and no report is sent until it confirms. You can include or leave out expenses and the till for each address. A report can have at most 10 addresses.
